JD Productions Quality DJ Entertainment joined AfWPi in 2004 after relocating from the Central Valley to the Sacramento area. Although I had been in the wedding and special event industry for 9 years, the relocation put me in a position where it was like starting my business anew. I began attending monthly AfWPi mixers and got to know local professionals in the industry. In doing so, I became familiar with featured businesses and venues, learning about their services and amenities. That, in turn, has led to many long-term friendships and business liaisons. I also have attended AfWPi regional conferences, gaining insights from industry experts to improve customer service and market my business.
